Beginning in 1979, the universe of Gundam spans over four decades, with many diverse tales of war in space and on Earth fought with giant robotic weapons called mobile suits. Gundam Universe commemorates this history with 6-inch scale articulated action figures.
The Gundam Calibarn, piloted by Suletta Mercury, is a new type of experimental GUND Format Mobile Suit, co-developed by Ochs Earth Corporation and the Vanadis Insitute. Because of the direct impact of the Data Storm burden on the pilot, it was locked away, but later requistioned by the Space Assembly League. It is readied again to fight against Quiet Zero, and equips a Variable Rod Rifle that is good for mobility and shooting power.
